ABS CHALLENGE-4 WEEK
Xeni’s “ABS CHALLENGE ” targets your abdominal muscles. This Plan is going to assist you lose belly fat and shape your abs. In order to have the results you want, make sure to follow the plan exactly how it is for at least 4 weeks. You can still use the plan as long as you like.

You will need a yoga mat in order perform the exercises. You can also perform those exercises at the gym with ankle weights.
This plan is targeting ONLY the abdominal muscles/ belly area.
